Refund policy
At Korida Decor, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return, refund, or exchange according to the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition
- Be unused or only lightly handled
- Include all original tags and packaging, when applicable
- Show no significant signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Accepted Return Reasons
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
- Ordered the wrong item
- Item does not meet expectations
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect item received
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance items
- Final sale items
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Items returned beyond the 14-day return period
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team by email and provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the reason for return
- Photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to buyer preference or non-defective products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are based on the actual cost of the return shipment.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Korida Decor will cover the reasonable return shipping cost when approved by our support team.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items.
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, such as PayPal or the original credit/debit card.
We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
Please note that your financial institution or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Lost or Damaged Return Packages
If a return package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier and notify our customer support team.
We may request supporting information, such as tracking details, shipping receipts, or photographs, to assist with resolving the issue.
