Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, orders typically arrive within 4–8 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Orders of $80.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders between $0.00 and $79.99 are charged a flat shipping fee of $7.00.
No additional handling or processing fees are charged.

Carriers & Tracking

Orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service).

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. Tracking information may also be available through your customer account, if applicable.

Restricted Areas

We currently ship only to addresses located within the United States.

We do not ship to international destinations.

Delays & Shipping Issues

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or supply chain issues. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

If your package is lost or arrives with significant shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.
